Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How quickly can my bobblehead be created?

A:  When you order the bobblehead, you must select the "Production Time".  The production time covers the amount of time it takes to build the bobblehead.  We offer six different production time choices including:  Approximately 4-6 weeks, Approximately 3-4 weeks, Approximately 2-3 weeks, Within 2 weeks, 7 Business Days, and 3 Business Days.  Each production time has a set fee associated with it.  The production time does not include the time it takes to ship the bobblehead, which is typically 2-3 business days.

Q:  Can I create a full body (head to toe) custom bobblehead?

A:  Absolutely!  You can select a full body (head to toe) custom bobblehead or a premade custom bobblehead.  If you select a full body custom bobblehead, we will sculpt and paint a full body based on the photos you provide.  If you select a premade custom bobblehead, we will sculpt and paint a custom head for the premade body.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.  You can also pay using PayPal.  All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

Q:  Do you ship outside of the United States?

A:  Yes, we ship to worldwide destinations.  We mainly use DHL Express for shipping to addresses in the USA and Canada, and we use TNT for shipping to all other countries.

Q:  Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A:  No, we do not currently ship to addresses with PO Boxes.

Q:  Can I upload any type of logo to appear on my custom bobblehead?

A:  We cannot accept licensed or trademarked logos unless we receive permission and/or the licensing rights.

Q:  What is the proofing process?

A:  After you place your order, you get unlimited proofing of your custom bobblehead. This means you get to review and approve / reject each proof.  If you approve of a proof, then the bobblehead artist will move onto the next proofing stage.  If you reject a proof, please make sure to provide feedback with the rejection so that the bobblehead artist can make the necessary edits and then resubmit the proof to you for your approval.  You will receive an email each time a proof is ready for your review.  If you delay in accepting or rejecting the proof, or if you continue to reject each proof, please note that will delay the estimated production time to complete the order.  There is absolutely no hurt feelings in rejecting a proof and submitting your feedback as to what changes the artist can do to improve the bobblehead.  We want you to love your custom bobblehead and enjoy the process of having it created!

Q:  Can I proof my bobblehead if I place a rush order?

A:  If you select to have the bobblehead created in 7 business days or less, there will be no proofing allowed due to the limited window of time.

Q:  Can you donate to a charitable organization not listed in the dropdown menu on the bobblehead page?

A:  Yes, on the bobblehead page, there is a blank field where you can type in the name of a charitable organization.  As long as this is a recognized 501c3 organization, Bobble For A Cause will make the donation to your desired organization.  

Q:  What happens if I do not select or type in a charitable organization on the bobblehead page?

A:  Bobble For A Cause will make a donation to a charitable organization with every order placed on its website.  If you do not select an organization, then we will make the selection on our own.

Q:  Do the heads bobble?

A:  Yes, our bobbleheads come with heads that bobble.  However, if you would like a bobblehead with a head that doesn't bobble, please make a note of that in the comments box when you place your order.

Q:  What material is used to make the bobblehead?

A:  All of our bobbleheads are made using a high quality and highly durable polyresin material, which allows for detailed customization and intricate molding.  Polyresin material is the industry standard when producing custom bobbleheads.

Q:  Can I return my custom bobblehead for a refund?

A:  Our goal is for you to love your bobblehead.  That is why we include unlimited proofing with your order (except for one week rush orders), so that you can see what the bobblehead looks like at every stage of the production process.  If you are not pleased with a proof, you can reject the proof and provide your comments so that the bobblehead artist can make the necessary edits.  You have to approve of the bobblehead before the final product is packaged and shipped to you.  If for some reason you are not pleased with the bobblehead when it arrives, you may request a one-time replacement bobblehead (using the same original photos you uploaded) for an additional charge of $60.

Q:  Can I change the uploaded photos after the production process has started?

A:  Once the bobblehead has been sculpted according to your uploaded photos, you cannot change the photos.  If you decide you want to change the photos and have the bobblehead re-sculpted, there will be a $40 charge.  

Q:  Do you charge sales tax?

A:  Bobble For A Cause does not charge sales tax except for orders delivered to California addresses.

Q:  Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?

A:  Yes, you are responsible for any taxes, customs or import duties levied on your ordered package.  You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  Please be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel because it contains a commercial invoice.  The buyer is responsible for any and all additional destination tariffs.

Q:  Will I be notified when my order ships?

A:  Yes, you will receive an email and/or a text message notifying you that your bobblehead package has shipped.

Q:  Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

A:  Yes, please contact us if you are looking to place an order for 4 or more identical bobbleheads.  If you are not looking to purchase identical bobbleheads, but you want to place an order for 10 or more custom bobbleheads, please contact us.
